Try these coolers 'cause sunburn can reduce your body's ability to release heat.. Aloe Vera on skin (straight from the plant is best), shaving cream, apple cider vinegar on skin , cool shower, baking soda mixed with water (compresses or in a bath), cold compresses of milk, chilled oatmeal on skin...to avoid a bad burn, rub a tomato on your skin before sunbathing and manuka honey heals the after-burn. However, the best soother I know is cool Milk of Magnesia applied to the skin for instant relief.
